Become a Vendor

Have something great to share with our community?

Local First Market is being built around the farmers, food producers, makers, and small businesses that make our region special.

We’re creating a mobile neighborhood market that makes it easier for customers to discover and regularly shop local — not just at special events, but as part of everyday life.

If you grow it, bake it, make it, bottle it, mill it, preserve it, or create something useful for the home, we’d love to learn more about what you do.

What We’re Looking For

We’re especially interested in:

Local food + pantry goods
Grains, flour, beans, pasta, sauces, preserves, coffee, tea, snacks, baking goods, condiments, and other shelf-stable foods.

Fresh + seasonal products
Produce, eggs, dairy, meat, frozen goods, and other seasonal offerings as our market expands.

Home + refill
Thoughtful household products, low-waste essentials, refillable goods, and practical products for everyday use.

Independent makers
Beautiful, useful, giftable goods from small businesses throughout our region.

Our assortment will evolve over time, but our approach will stay the same: local first, quality always, and products that make sense for everyday life.

Who We Hope to Work With

We’re looking for producers who care about what they make and how they make it.

You don’t need to be a large company. In fact, we’re especially excited about helping smaller producers reach customers who might not otherwise discover them.

We value:

  • Quality products we can feel good recommending
  • Clear and transparent ingredients or materials
  • Reliable communication
  • Appropriate licensing and permitting where required
  • Packaging and pricing that can work in a retail environment
  • Businesses that want to grow alongside us

And because we’re starting small too, we understand that not every producer has wholesale systems, case packs, or polished catalogs figured out yet.

If you think your product belongs at Local First Market, we still want to hear from you.

How We Source

We start as close to home as possible.

Our first priority is Snohomish County and nearby communities, followed by Washington producers and then the broader Pacific Northwest when needed.

Being local alone doesn’t guarantee a spot on our shelves. We’re also looking for quality, usefulness, value, and products that fit naturally into the Local First Market experience.

You can read more about how we make those decisions on our Sourcing Philosophy page.

More Than Shelf Space

We don’t want our relationship with producers to end when a product gets placed on a shelf.

Part of the Local First Market experience is helping customers understand who made what they’re buying and where it came from.

As we grow, we hope to feature producer stories, introduce new makers to our community, collaborate on seasonal releases, and create opportunities for customers and producers to connect.

Because to us, shelf space is a community asset.

Interested in Becoming a Vendor?

Tell us a little about your business and what you make.

We’re currently building our first assortment, so this is a great time to introduce yourself — even if you’re not sure whether your product is the perfect fit yet.

What Happens Next?

We’ll review your submission and reach out if we’d like to learn more.

Because our assortment is intentionally curated and our space will be limited, we may not be able to carry every product submitted. That doesn’t mean we don’t love what you’re doing — sometimes it may simply come down to timing, category needs, pricing, or available space.

We’ll continue discovering new producers as Local First Market grows.

Local goods. Healthier homes. Stronger communities.
